RETURN CONDITIONS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the Customer acting in the capacity of Consumer, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the Product will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, obtaining a full refund of the amounts paid for the purchase of the Product including delivery costs incurred. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must forward, within the deadline indicated in the previous paragraph, the appropriate form published on the Portal.

It is specified that the products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories supplied (dustbag, coat covers,...) including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the Customer at his expense. The soles of the shoes must be in the same condition as sent, without any signs of wear or scratches. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which constitutes an integral part of the product.

Return Procedure: If the Customer wishes to return one or more items, it is necessary to complete the RETURN FORM within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. The Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company will then send an email with instructions for making the return. The customer is asked to faithfully follow the instructions provided, the Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company also reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not satisfy the conditions imposed, to send it back with expenses and charges to charged to the Customer himself.

Exchange: We accept both changes in size or color of the same model, if available. The return shipping of the item subject to exchange is paid by the customer while the shipping of the new item is free up to one exchange per item.

Defective goods: Products received which are already damaged or which show lack of conformity are considered defective. In case of defective products we ask you to follow the same return procedure by filling out the FORM. The Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of the defective return, the Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company will refund the purchase price of the item and the shipping costs.

Refund: In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the returned item(s), the Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company will endeavor to process the refund as soon as possible or in any case within 10 working days from the date of return of the made. The credit will be made with the same payment method used by the customer and to the same account. The date of actual visibility of the crediting may vary due to factors independent of the responsibility of the Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company. Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase. We also remind you that the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs duties, which will remain the responsibility of the customer.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer declares and guarantees: (a) to be an adult (if a natural person); (b) that the Data provided by the same for the execution of the Service is correct and truthful; (c) that will update the Data provided to La Società Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc whenever necessary; (d) to have the power to bind the legal person represented by him (if legal person). The Customer undertakes not to use the Service offered in an illicit or unauthorized manner. The Customer ensures that the information provided in the Registration Form and at the time of the Order is legitimately available to him and does not violate any rights of third parties.

BAN ON TRANSFER

These Conditions and the Service related and consequent to them, are strictly personal in nature and, therefore, the Customer does not have the right to assign, in whole or in part, or to transfer these Conditions for any reason to third parties, without the prior and explicit written consent of the Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company
