CONDITIONS OF RETURN / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 54 of the Consumer Code, the Customer acting in the capacity of Consumer, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the Product may exercise the right of withdrawal, obtaining a full refund of the amounts paid for the purchase of the Product including delivery costs incurred.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit, within the deadline indicated in the preceding paragraph, the appropriate form published on the Portal.

*for Greece and Corsica: 50€

EXTRA EUROPEAN UNION: 30€

It is specified that items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories provided (dustbags, garment covers,...) including the authenticity label and security seals which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the Customer at his/her expense. Footwear soles must be in the same condition as sent, without any signs of wear or scratches. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product.

RETURN PROCEDURE: If the Customer wishes to return one or more items, a RETURN FORM must be completed within 14 days of the date of delivery of the order. The company Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc will then send an email with instructions for making the return. The customer is asked to faithfully follow the instructions provided, the company Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc also reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not meet the conditions imposed, to send it back at the expense and expense of the customer.

CHANGE: We accept either size or color changes of the same model, if available. Return and first exchange are free of charge.

DEFECTIVE GOODS: Products received already damaged or showing conformity defects are considered defective. In case of defective products, we ask you to follow the same return procedure by filling out the FORM. The company Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of the defective return the company Charlotte of Chiappone Michele and C snc will refund the purchase price of the item and shipping costs.

REFUND: In the event that the Customer requests a refund for returned item(s), Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc will endeavor to process the refund as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next credit card statement (timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used).

For orders paid by Paypal, the amount will be returned to the account immediately.

For orders paid by cash on delivery (the €5 surcharge will not be refunded) or by bank transfer, an email with the IBAN code and account holder is required.
