The times are indicative and not strictly binding for Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc as they depend on the forwarder. In the event that the Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company is unable to ship within said deadline, prompt notice will be given via e-mail to the Customer.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00. They are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order and shipped following checks carried out by the company that supervises payments. Orders placed during sales or promotional periods may be subject to delays. Please note that all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon delivery of the package, the Customer is required to check, at the time of delivery, that the packaging is intact and unaltered, that the number of packages in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

In the event that damage is found to the packaging and/or products or it appears to have been tampered with, or a difference is found in the number of packages, the Customer is required to contest immediately to the shipper, ACCEPTING the packages WITH RESERVATION and having this wording written on the delivery receipt or refusing the delivery, noting the justification. In the event of unjustified refusal or request for return to the sender, any reshipment costs charged to the Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc company will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
