Payments

The available payment methods are:

  • CREDIT CARD
  • PAYPAL
  • BANK TRANSFER
  • SCALAPAY (financing)
  • MARK

The shipping cost is an additional cost to the price of the product, the amount of which may change based on the country of destination, but also following particular sales conditions related to delivery and payment methods and the quantity of products included in the order.
The shipping cost is highlighted on the site and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement and will also be highlighted in the Customer's personal area until the order is processed.

CREDIT CARD

On the Portal, payments are and will remain protected by an advanced online data defense system. Payment by credit card takes place on a secure server managed by a third-party company, specialized and duly authorized under the laws in force to perform this service: therefore, the data relating to the credit card are processed exclusively by the Payment Manager. The Charlotte Company of Chiappone Michele e C snc will therefore not have access to the data relating to the credit cards.

Payment charge: When purchasing with a credit card, payment authorization is requested at the time of placing the order. The actual charge of the authorized amount is made immediately after processing the order and before shipping. PAYPAL (financing)

In the event that the chosen payment method is related to the use of Paypal, the Customer will be redirected to the website www.paypal.com which will carry out the payment as provided for by its regulations.
In the event that it is necessary to make a refund by the company Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc towards the Customer, following termination of the contract or for any other reason, the credit will be made to the Paypal account in the name of the Customer. Paypal will manage the times of re-crediting, the company Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc must present the credit order to Paypal and from that moment cannot be called into question for delays or any omissions, the dispute must be addressed directly to Paypal.

BANK TRANSFER

In the event that both the chosen method and the one relating to the use of bank transfer, La Società Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc will ship the order within 48 hours of receiving the transfer on its current account.
If within 48 hours of order confirmation, Charlotte di Chiappone Michele e C snc does not receive payment in its current account, it will cancel the order, communicating this via email.

MARK

By choosing payment by cash on delivery, the Customer will pay for the goods in cash upon delivery, with a supplement of €5. Valid only for Italy.
